Clothing Stamp Recall FAQs
✅ Thank you for confirming that you have an affected ink cartridge! We've got your info and will send replacement ink ASAP. If you have any further questions, please browse our FAQs here:
What will happen if my ink cartridge is from the recalled batch?
We will be shipping out free ink cartridge replacements ASAP to all affected customers. Please click the button in the email if yours is from batch 1725. You do not need to reach out or confirm any other way. The button in the email is the best way to ensure we have your information and can send you a fresh cartridge.
What if I purchased extra ink refills when I purchased my Stamp?
Extra ink refills were not from the bad batch of ink. Those cartridges should be fine to use in your stamp. We will send replacements for recalled ink that came inside of the stamp.
What if I've already stamped some clothing with the recalled ink?
To mitigate any potential bleeding, please run any existing imprints under hot water from the tap and scrub using some stain remover or Oxiclean to remove as much of the ink as possible.
Can I continue using the Stamp once it has the new ink cartridge?
Yes! We have confirmed that batch 1725 is the only batch of ink with an issue and swapping the cartridge out for a new one will remove the issue and allow you to continue using the Stamp without issue.
What if my ink cartridge is not from batch 1725?
Great! You do not need to take any action on the email and you do not need to let us know. Simply continue using your Clothing Stamp with its existing ink.
I can't get my ink cartridge out of the stamp
We included an instructional video in the email, but we also have a lengthier, more detailed video you can watch here if you need further assistance:
My stamp locked while I was checking my ink
If you accidentally lock the stamp, you should be able to unlock it by pressing down hard on top of the stamp on a flat surface like a table - put it on top of a piece of paper and press down hard on it like you're stamping the paper.
