My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Orders placed with our Free Standard Shipping are not trackable in transit, even on our end. They are delivered right to your mailbox along with your regular daily mail.

If your address is correct and the order isn't found stashed in a safe place at home, we kindly ask that you give the post some extra time to account for any postal delays.
